Behind Steadfast

Hi — I'm Leal.

I'm a Calgary-based bookkeeper, payroll specialist, and business owner. I've been doing this for over twenty years, six of them under the Steadfast name, and I've worked with enough business owners to know that nobody actually wants to talk about bookkeeping. They want to talk about what their numbers mean, and what to do next.

That's the work I love. Clean books are the floor, not the ceiling. The real value is what becomes possible once your numbers stop being a mystery: better decisions, calmer cash flow, fewer surprises, and a business that supports the life you're trying to build.
